Children @ Chase

Children’s work is very important at Chase Family Church and we run groups and events aimed at various ages from pre-school right the way through to secondary school age, where children can then join in with our youth groups.  Springers, our pre-school group takes place on Tuesday mornings at Chase Family Church Centre, and our other groups take place during our Sunday morning service at Enfield Grammar Upper School.

On a Sunday morning we have a full range of activities for children where the teaching and activities are at an age appropriate level. The only exception to this is when we hold Family Services where the children stay in the main meeting as these services are aimed at an all age audience.

At Chase Family Church we seek to do all we can to help children on their personal spiritual journey as we believe that they are part of today's church and tomorrow's leaders.  We share, pray and have fun but take very seriously the responsibility to nurture the children temporarily in our care.

Peter Tidey oversees the Children’s work at Chase Family Church, and supports the leaders in each of our children’s groups.  He organises training for group leaders and works with the other Elders to help this aspect of church life grow and expand.

If you would like to know more about the groups, please contact the church office.

Childrens Work Team

We know that going to a new church and sending your children out without knowing who the leaders are can be a bit daunting, so below you can find the leaders for the Sunday morning groups.    We take the well-being and safety of children and young people seriously.  All children and youth leaders have completed a DBS check in accordance with our Safeguarding Policy and attend Safeguarding training on a regular basis.
